Not a government app Civic Hub is not a government app and does not represent any public authority. It is an independent informational directory and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government entity.

By downloading, installing, or using Civic Hub, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Nature of service

Civic Hub aggregates publicly available civic contact information for informational purposes only. We do not file complaints on your behalf; we help you find the right official contacts so you can reach authorities through official channels yourself.

What Civic Hub is

Civic Hub is an informational directory that brings together civic contact information—such as helplines, ward councillor contacts, complaint numbers, and official government app links—for Indian cities.

No authorization

The app is not authorized by any government body to provide or facilitate government services. We only aggregate and display information from public sources.

Government information and accuracy

All civic contact information in the app is sourced from publicly accessible official government websites (.gov.in / .nic.in). We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of this information. Government departments may change contact details without notice. You should verify details directly from official sources before relying on them for important matters.

No government affiliation

Civic Hub is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body (including but not limited to municipal corporations, development authorities, or state or central government departments). All data is aggregated from official public sources for your convenience.

Use of contact information

When you use "tap to call," "send email," or similar features, these actions are handled by your device's native applications. We do not intercept, store, or monitor your communications with government officials or agencies.

User responsibility

Users must verify contact details and procedures directly with official government websites. Do not rely solely on information in the app for important matters.

You agree to:

Data and privacy

Your use of Civic Hub is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not require account creation and do not directly collect personal information such as names, phone numbers, emails, or complaint details. City preferences are stored locally on your device. For details on technical data (e.g. analytics and crash reporting), see our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Civic Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Civic Hub is not liable for inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information, or for government response delays. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, your interactions with government officials or agencies, or service interruptions.

External links

The app may link to official government or third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or availability of those sites. Use of external links is at your own risk.

Intellectual property

The Civic Hub app, including its design, logo, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

App store terms

If you downloaded Civic Hub from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to their respective Terms of Service. These Terms are in addition to, not in replacement of, those terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
